Returns and complaints

You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the product without stating reasons, starting from the day of receipt of the product.

From the moment you notify us of the return, you have another 14 days to send the product back. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.

The return costs for the order are at your expense. We will credit the amount within 14 days.

Complaint Handling

We do everything we can to continuously maintain the quality of our services. Should you, unexpectedly, have a bad experience with our service or products, we kindly ask you to inform us. We aim to respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. Should the complaint require a foreseeably longer processing time, we will inform you of this within 14 days.
